we enjoyed our stay at cochin zen! the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. the receptionist was super helpful, making our check-in smooth. it's conveniently close to the tourist center, making it easy to explore. plus, we loved having access to the outdoor gym during our stay.

The Zen-inspired decor throughout Cochin Zen created a lovely, peaceful atmosphere, making it easy for me to navigate the hallways and enjoy the charming common areas, which were accessible and inviting for seniors like me.

One request for larger bathroom space.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the War Museum and the Notre Dame Cathedral, both were must-sees. The staff were super friendly, and the rooftop bar had incredible views that made our evenings special. Just a heads up, the breakfast had a ton of options to fill you up for a busy day! Definitely recommend staying here.

One thing to keep in mind is the bathroom. it felt cramped and a bit dark. Water from the shower leaked onto the floor, which was kind of a hassle. Just something to watch out for when you book!

The staff were super friendly and helped with everything! They even stored our bags after check-out, so we could enjoy the city. The room was nice, but a bit cramped without windows. Breakfast was good too, lots of options. The only bummer was finding a spot by the pool, it was a bit tight on loungers.

We had a fantastic time by the pool area, enjoying drinks and snacks while the kids splashed around. The spacious family room was a bonus for our crew, and breakfast every morning was a hit with plenty of choices to keep everyone happy.

My kids wished there were more activities to keep them entertained on site.

Most facilities crucial for a ZEN experience, like the gym and sauna, are closed due to ongoing renovations. The Deluxe Double Room lacked a window, making it feel a bit claustrophobic. The bathroom showed signs of neglect with a poorly functioning showerhead and water leaking onto the floor, raising concerns about cleanliness. Also, complimentary features like the minibar were inconsistently provided, leaving a bad taste for a stay that felt overpriced for the overall experience.

This hotel boasts a prime location near Ben Thanh Market and is superbly designed. Although I found the bed uncomfortable and the air conditioning noisy, the rooftop area offers stunning views, and the staff, especially Ali, provided exceptional service. Breakfast options were decent, although I wished for more variety in fruit.

Just a solid selection for a lightning trip in Ho Chi Minh City with real value for money. Check-in was super easy and our room was ready early, which was a nice surprise. Take a walk around the area to explore local spots.
